Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely place the K18 products in their original packaging; please note that items must be at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
